In October, 2002, Dave's mom and dad (Millie and Ralph Wyant) and their friends Kay and Lyle Clark
visited Arizona for 5 days of sightseeing and fun. On the agenda were trips to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona.
October is typically a good time to visit Arizona and except for one half-day of foul weather, the skies and temperatures
were near ideal. The following web pages chronicle the activities that our 6-person group enjoyed during the
Wyant-Clark visit.
The Wyant-Clark visit to Arizona consisted of several distinct phases that included hiking and sightseeing at the Grand Canyon,
a scenic skyride up the ski lift at the Arizona SnowBowl (ski resort), a biplane ride over the red rock country around Sedona,
